Prepare delicious gulab jamun


 at home


 Ingredients.


    1.  Flour - half a cup
    2.  Almonds - half a cup
    3.  (Cheese. Half cup (cottage cheese).
    4. Baking soda - half a teaspoon
    5.  Sugar - three cups
    6.  Water.  Two cups
    7.  The milk  A liter
    8.  rose water.  A teaspoon
    9.  ghee  to fry




 : Composition


Peel the soaked almonds and grind them


 Mix flour and crushed cheese with soda and mix well


 Knead and keep covered for one hour


 Meanwhile, prepare the syrup by mixing sugar and water in a vessel.


 Prepare gulab jamun from the kneaded mixture.  Then


 Deep fry in oil heated on medium heat


 till they become golden brown


 Keep adding them so that the sweetness gets absorbed in them. Now rose


 Carefully remove the Jamon from the juice and put it in a deep bowl


 Cook the milk on low heat until it thickens


 That it should be less than half cooked. Remain in it


 Add the syrup and cook for two to three minutes


 After adding rose water, pour this milk over the Jamon. Warm


 Or serve cold as desired.
