Chili sauce
Ingredients
- Green chilies: 200 grams
- Curly leaves: 20 leaves
- White Cumin: 2 spoon
- Coconut powder: 50 grams
- Red Chilli Powder: 2 spoon
- Salt: As required
- Tamarind: 200 grams
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 spoon
How to make Chili Sauce
Heat oil and fry the onion until brown.
Then stir the onion and add the green chilies to the oil
Cover the lid.
After a while add garlic paste with little water
And cover the lid for half a minute.
Heat white cumin and coconut powder in a pan until fragrant
Add red chilies, salt and mix all the ingredients
And add to the pot along with the green chilies.
Then blend the mixture and pour it into the pot as well.
After a while add tamarind juice and saute for 1 or 2 minutes cook
The chili sauce is ready
