  1.   Half a kilo of milk

 Pick and clean the chickpea buds and boil for 5 to 6 minutes

 Take the ghee, wash it well, and put ghee in a pan

 Heat and add onions and fry until light brown

 Add garlic and ginger to it and fry for 1 minute add minced meat

 Fry for five to seven minutes, then add salt, turmeric, and coriander

 Add the powder and red chilies and fry for 3 to 4 minutes

 Add tomato paste and fry for 3 minutes add boiled kitchen

Mix well and fry for 5 minutes

 Add chilies and green leaves and mix with a cup of water

 Add and cover and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes so that the keema becomes thick

 And let the kitchen burn well now by turning off the stove

 Take out the mincemeat in a dish and garnish with green coriander
