Chocolate ice cream

 Ingredients

1.  Milk: 2 cups
2.  Cream: 1 cup
3.  Condensed milk: 1/2 cup
4.  Sugar: 3 spoon 
5.  Cocoa powder: 5-4 spoon 
6.  Cornflour: 1 spoon 
7.  Chocolate Chip: 1 cup
8.  Chocolate syrup: For garnish

Synthesis

  Heat the milk and then add cornflour to it

  Stir the spoon constantly so that the cornflour is well mixed  

go Then add sugar to it.  Now add cocoa powder

  Add and mix well Cook for a minute, then switch off the stove and keep the flame low for 8-10.

  Now add cream, and condensed milk and mix it

  Keep it cool for a while

  When it cools down, add the chocolate chips and freeze it hold for

  Freeze for one hour, when the ice cream is done, 5-7

  Garnish with chocolate syrup and serve
